30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund. Items should be returned in their original condition with all parts included.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address.

2-year warranty

Mambobaby™ floats are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

How to start a return

• Email support@mambobaby-uae.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply with the correct return address and the next steps.
• Send the item back in its original condition with all parts included.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. There is no restocking fee.
