The price you see is the price you pay.
We pay all import duties, customs charges and clearance fees on your order. There is nothing to pay on delivery, and the courier will not ask you for any additional payment.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only.
Cost and timing
Shipping is free across the UAE, with no minimum order value.
Orders are delivered in 4–6 business days after dispatch, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary with courier volume.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being handed to our shipping partner. Counting processing and transit together, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of being placed.
Customs and delivery
We handle customs clearance before your order reaches you, so no action is required on your part. Your order is delivered directly to the address you give us at checkout.
